1. Click start - run - and type in gpedit.msc and press Enter
2.Expand "Computer Configuration"
3. Expand "Administrative Templates"
4. Expand "Network"
5. Click on "QoS Packet Scheduler"
6. On the right, under "Settings", double click on "Limit reservable bandwidth"
7. A window will pop up, and under "Settings" tab select "Enabled" and make Bandwidth limit (%) - 0
8. Click OK
9. DONE!
Now your speed will be 3 times faster as your previous speed! You can check it by downloading something or go onto speed testing website.
